The Honorable Sherri Goodman is Secretary General of the International Military Council on Climate and Security (IMCCS), Chair of the Board at the Council on Strategic Risks, Senior Strategist and Advisory Board member at the Center for Climate and Security, Former Deputy Undersecretary of Defense (Environmental Security).
James Grabert, Director, Mitigation, United Nations Climate Change Secretariat, Bonn, Germany speaks about the urgent need for action on climate change. Then he highlights how the response to Covid-19 has shown that when conservative and progressive leaders agree on what needs to be done, substantial action can occur quickly.
Michael Klare, Five College professor emeritus of peace and world security studies, and director of the Five College Program in Peace and World Security Studies (PAWSS) speaks about how security experts can help "bridge the gap between believers and doubters” on the need for adequate large scale action on climate change.
James Bezan, MP, is the Conservative Shadow Minister for National Defence and the Vice-Chair of the House of Commons Standing Committee on National Defence.
